Problems with HBO GO?
If you experience any problems with HBO GO, you should contact your TV provider's customer service. Why?
The HBO subscription of which HBO GO is part is run through your TV provider and they can access your customer and subscription data. We do not have access to this due to privacy agreements. HBO has therefore given the TV providers the resources to help you with HBO GO problems. In case of errors in the software (bugs), customer service can also pass this on to the developers of HBO GO.
